GEN-IAL® offers a wide range of analytical services, consulting, training and contract research. As an accredited testing laboratory, we analyze food and feed for all ingredients that require labeling (allergens, GMOs …) and beverage spoiling microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts, molds …). Detection is carried out using real-time PCR, sequencing or ELISA (subcontracted). Both screening and specific PCR systems are used. Further analyses can be found in the overview.
