Application:

The First-DNA all-tissue kit extracts pure, high-molecular genomic DNA without the use of toxic substances

The use for forensic materials, as well as for food, plants, animals, bacteria and yeasts, and the exceptionally high DNA yield, make the test kit an indispensable part of any molecular genetics laboratory.

Advantages:

• Universal: DNA extraction from a wide variety of materials: plants, meat, meat products and other foods of different processing and composition, yeasts, molds, gram-positive and negative bacteria, animal and human tissue, mouse tail, blood, saliva, hair, trace material, paraffin-embedded tissue, cell cultures … .
• Environmentally friendly: no toxic substances
• DNA with high yield and purity (260/A280: 1.8 – 1.9). By dispensing with column systems, DNA loss is extremely low, so that even in difficult materials or in substrates with an expected very low DNA content, PCR detection is still successful.
