GEN-IAL® wins German service award

GEN-IAL GmbH has been honored by DISQTrust with the “Recommended by customers” award for its outstanding service quality. DISQTrust is a brand of the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), which has been conducting independent market analyses to objectively assess service quality in Germany for almost 20 years.

The award is based on a multi-stage process that began with a large-scale customer review campaign. DISQTrust and the DUP UNTERNEHMER magazine, which is published as a supplement in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Süddeutsche Zeitung, among others, called on customers to name their favorite companies. The most frequently named and best-rated companies were shortlisted and then examined in detail by DISQTrust.

As part of this analysis, key service factors that are decisive for customer satisfaction and user experience were examined. These include the recommendation rate, the quality of the website, the user-friendliness of the online service elements and customer service. Only companies that achieve consistently good results in all areas receive the “Recommended by customers” award.

GEN-IAL GmbH was able to impress in all the categories tested. The company develops practical software solutions for laboratories and stands for efficiency, technical expertise and partnership-based cooperation. The structured presentation of the products, the intuitive navigation on the website and the clear contact options for support and advice were particularly positively emphasized in the review process.
